PRODUCT INFORMATION
All Rhett Buckley Productions MP3 downloads use the standard MP3 format, so our digital files will play on virtually any computer, tablet, iPad, smart phone or portable audio player.
In the albums and bundles different formats – MP3s and PDFs are then “wrapped” in a single ZIP file to minimise the file size and for easy downloading. Most computers will automatically unzip these files into playable downloads.
ON-LINE PURCHASES AND DOWNLOADS
All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
All prices, products and offers displayed are not inclusive of GST. At the published date of these T&C’s Rhett Buckley Productions is not registered for GST.
All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Customer credit card details are protected by encryption software. Credit card information is not fully displayed on the website, or stored. We will never ask you to email your credit card details.
When you click on “Add to cart” then “Proceed to checkout” you will be taken to our Shopping Cart, where you can pay for your online purchase with any major credit card or your Paypal membership.
After checkout, the invoice and email links will be displayed on the website screen and you will also be emailed an invoice and the links to download your purchase. Be sure to provide your correct email address! You may download the file at any time as the link will never expire until the link has been downloaded.
If in the event you do not receive the download link, the email was probably flagged as spam. Please check these folders and check your spam filters. If this doesn’t work please send us an email at: [email protected]
Please note some mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones may not support direct downloading of our products. Our products must be downloaded to a computer first before they can be transferred to a mobile device.
Before you download, be sure you are familiar with your own computer set up and requirements, as each computer setting is different and has different download procedures. Once you download the product, this is a final transaction. MP3 and PDF downloads are not refundable.
We are not responsible for the loss of digital music or PDFs due to a computer crash or any technical issue once the download process has been successfully completed. Take care to do regular back-ups of your MP3 and PDF purchases so they can be restored should any loss of data occur after your transaction is complete.
We do not refund or exchange for a change of mind, so please choose your product carefully and ask as many questions as you like. If you feel the item provided is different from that described or is faulty, we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible by replacing the item purchased or refunding your money as provided for by law.
Rhett Buckley Productions is committed to fair and transparent advertising. We will not unfairly bait advertise or intentionally mislead.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
